session problem

I had applyed the toturial for php security in this link:

Simple Security and Sessions in PHP

but the script dosn't work.
problem is that any body can enter what ever usarname and password was.

i thin it dosn't check the database, but i couldn't find the wrong in the script.

I neeeeeeed your help
