windows to linux platform

windows to linux platform

hi,

usually we use the php with the windows platform, then is it possible the php intergrated with linux platform?

how about the code in windows platform , is it need to change some code or re - code it???

I don't know what you mean..

Most things should work fine, but there are some OS specific things. most of those things are "*nix only" and not "winblows only".

before that i do the php in windows platform, now i goota change it to linux platform? the code same or m\not?

He just said that most of the code, and usually all of it, will be the same. Only very few things are OS specific. Just run it on the linux machine and see if it works, that's the easiest thing

What I mean by saying most things are *nix only and not windows only was that you'd more then likely have more trouble switching from a *nix environment to a windows environment. Since your vica-versa, then you should have vitually no problems.
