enter your email address into a field, submit, and a pdf is sent to that address

Im new to this kind of coding, i normally work with actionscript so im at a complete loss.

I need to make a box people can enter an email address into and when they press send/submit, they are emailed a file, ie a pdf.

Any sensible comments are greatly appreciated!

I had a look at the link you gave me, thats pretty much what im after only you have to pay them for the full code, it did however lead me onto this site -

Which has all the script. How could i apply that script to a input field in Dreamweaver MX 2004 so that when an email address is typed in and the submit button is clicked, it uses that script to send an email with an attached document?

Forgive me, i have never done PHP before!
