Hi,
You could try out looking for SMS Gateways. SMS Gateways lets you send out SMS using there software.

There are some as simple as calling a script at the service provider's site with the parameters like mobile no. and content to be sent and they send the SMS for you (www.smsjunction.com). These are paid services.

You may also be able to send out SMS all by yourself for free, but this is depended on the mobile phone service provider.

To send out a SMS to a mobile phone, for free, do the following:-

send an email to
<mobilephone number>@mobile_phone_service_provider_site.com

e.g. 9876543210@orange.co.uk
The mail will get sent as SMS to the mobile phone number, only if the mobile phone service provider supports this feature.
