Exclamation how to solve this PHP error?

Hi guys...

when i browse my php pages from my IIS server, the page displayed with this warning message. How do I solve this?

by the looks it if, your install is currupted, but I wouldnt take my word for it.

My sugestion is to re-install, but i would wait to see if anyone else come up with any ideas.
