I need a script that will send the application with all it's information in an email to the person selected in the 'Sponsor' area. It needs to be in PHP, and have no MySQL because my host doesnt have it.

A basic form-to-email script? Theres tons online, check at www.hotscripts.com. Most don't use mysql to start with.

The problem is all the ones I see are basically forms in themselves that I have to skin and make part of the site.

I was hoping for something that would send something that is posted to it using the form tag's action variable.

If that's possible of course.

Maybe I'nm not reading your question correctly, but I'm not sure I see the problem. You should be able to change the forms provided to match the information you want to send, or take a form you have already made and get it to work with the script. A form to email script doesnt set in stone what information you have to put in it. It basically just takes the information you add into the form and puts that info into email. You can have as many or as few fields on your form as you want, provided each input area has a unique name. It just a little time to make your form and set up the script.

are you using CSS in your site ?
if you are using them the sender script will be as any other page in your site ... if not , you have to re-style your sender script ...

EVERY script that sends e-mails MUST have these form tags ...

I would say the best thing is seaching for your need in hotscript because this kind of a script is very easy and popular ..
