Hi!

Did anyone hear about such portal and where could I get it? Google didn't help me while I was finding this .

Which is your opinion about portal engines based on forum's engines?

it depends on what you need. if you need a portal surrounding a website, then it'll be fine. if you need a portal with a website, then you'd be better of finding a good portal package with a forum in it.
