Is there any way I can link MS Access to a MySql on a remote web server (ISP)?
Is there any way that I pull data from MS Access on my local machine and update the MySql on remote web server?

It would totally depend on your remote server security settings.
I would doubt that the remote settings would be set that way since it would be a major security hole.
Is the remote system under your control or is it a shared hosting server?

it should somehow be possible but as said, it might open up some security problems. but you might be better off asking this on
