I have a client that would like to upload files to their web server, and give their clients access to download these files. They would like to have it secure (in that usernames and passwords are required) and be able to administer it to set up accounts, etc.

Can someone suggest a good script out there that does this. It really doesn't need to have much more that what I just listed - pretty simple.

I need this to be in PHP.
