how to read file from mms:// link ?

hi all guys,
although I have search, but no result for read file from mms:// link (example: mms://210.245.24.10/Music/NhacTre/LuongBichHuu_CoGaiTrungHoa/wma/04_LuongBichHuu_SiLuan_NeuBietTruocTinhKhongVui_Si Luan.wma )
I usually read and copy a file by this way, I known oly window media can read file from mms:// link, but I think thre will be some way to read or copy this file by php
can you show me how ? thanks
