No one here is gonna do your homework, and even less the whole project, lol. Are you serious?

Define "forum website". Do you have to create your own forum software? With one week of experience?

Give more details about what you need to do, and maybe someone can point you to some links. But don't expect anyone to code the whole thing for you just for fun.

Wow, you're fast. It took me almost *2* weeks to "learn PHP".

Ever heard of "Google"? It's a really cool site where you can search for stuff you want. You should try it sometime.

My "Invaluable suggestion" is to not expect anyone to hand this to you on a sliver platter, like you're asking them to do.

While I think this is a late April Fools Day post, here is a link to a review site that lists current popular open cms software, see the list of Forums in the menu - http://www.opensourcecms.com/

- that is the best quote ever...But anyway, you probably will not be able to construct a "forum website" with a weeks worth of experience in PHP. I have been coding PHP for about a year or a year and a half and I would never dream of creating my own forum. You should Google that. But some good forum software are:
VBulliten (this forum)
phpbb
smf
and lots more...
do a little research!!!

P.S. setting em up can be a pain.....
