depends, cause not everyone has java installed. java needs an additional plugin, where php runs in every browser

thats quite a useful list btw.

Why?

Why PHPLive? Haven't you tried others? There are so many other good programs out there. Just search "Live Support" on google and you will get a good list.

BTW, how long have you been using them? I've tried their demo and it is good... but I'm still shopping around.
