Stop [SOLVED] Need help making my wysiwyg icons visible within administration??

I've tried everything to make my wysiwyg icons visible within the sites administration (business listing script) and for some reason no matter what permission I set the chmod to it will not work. The folder it set up correctly too.

I have attached an example of the issue.

What could I be doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciate...

Are you absolutely positive that the path to the images is correct?

domain/icons/img.gif (example)

That is how I have the path set-up. Should I put the path in my image folder?
