I wasnt firmilar with the term "Tag cloud" until a few seconds ago. I imagine it that annoying feature on some websites that tag words to point to usually advert slots/websites.
After Wiki confirmed it I found that there is tutorials at the bottom of the page under "tag cloud tools" You might want to give them a try.
