MySQL - max_packet_allowed errors

Hi.. I'm currently using a Redhat Linux 9.0 system .. with Apache version 2.0.40 and MySQL version 3.23.58

a few days ago I made a SQL dump of my forums table.. it the file size was 192mb.

When I messed up my forum.. I decided to execute the SQL dump file i made.

When I executed the SQL command... an error came up after a minute or two that said... packet size larger than "Max_packet_allowed"

Can someone help me with this?
