looking for class registration script

I'm looking for a script that will allow a ski resort to offer classes with online registration... where the admin can set a max number of users that can sign up and after that is done it will display a 'class is full' type message.

I searched for 'registration' and 'class registration' and the only thing I came up with here was CoursePower, but they appear to be only an externally hosted service, and I don't want that.

I would prefer something without a database, since it's a small resort and I don't think they will want to upgrade their hosting account, but I'm open to any ideas at this point.

Most likely to get a program that meets your requirements you would have pay someone to make it. There are probably many people who would do it for as little as $20.

You're probably right... I had considered posting a job for this somewhere like eLance, however, since there are so many scripts known about on Hotscripts by its great users I figured I would post here and see if anyone knew of anything pre-existing similar to what I wanted, or something that could at least be modified. I'll wait a bit and if nothing turns up I will certainly consider hiring someone to do it.

The resort I am designing for is a non-profit organization so they don't have a big budget. Not that even $20 is a big budget, but their last website I designed for free and got shirts and hats as payment
