Need help w/ simple CRM program

Hi,

I need help developing a simple crm program for my uncle's barber shop. He'd like a program that allows him to

track & schedule appointments
Point of Sale
Generate daily,weekly, monthly, yearly report (#of haircuts, $)

Thanks for any advice on how to build this

I wouldn't build it as a web application.

I'd look toward something like QuickBooks.

Not sure if there is POS in there - but I suspect there are some connection options.
