What is going on!? When I try to install also I got error so I did an upgrade instead of install, this is the error I got doing installation:

I'm not familiar with the depths of phpbb; maybe others are, but I'd suggest going to the forum for phpbb.

If you're trying to install over an already existing install, the application obviously thinks that is a no-no.

Unfortunately, to manage any application, you need to spend an inordinate amount of time studying the intricacies of the application.
