Depend on the SMS provider. (bulk sms provider), it can be a huge list.

Some provider allow to create groups so you can send one sms to group1 and the provider distributing to that particular group1 members.

clickatell.*** provides batch sending prossibility

bulksms.**.** 5000/group so you can create 6 groups but default daily limits exist, (1000) ask support for more

clickatell.*** 50 for an HTTP GET and 100 for an HTTP POST so if more you need to process your list with loop
