Please help me with PHP!
I've tried to build
1. the random figure generator, where the program could get 100 random numbers between 0-30 AND count evens and odds.
2. same generator with 5000 random figures between 1-5 AND counting the frequency of each figure

Sorry, this came out not so clearly, but I really am not so familiar with PHP and didn't know what else to do.

Start by writing out the steps you need to do in plain language, then see if you can translate it into PHP.
