Please help add to my site

Hi I am currently learning php and i have currently uploaded this pre made script i have found. At the moment it looks dodgy as all hell but hey not many 16 year olds have a website.

But anyway what im looking for is for someone that would help me out by editing a few of the php files so that the website has a UI so it looks half decent. I know most people will want a payment and i can get someone to do it for free but they are busy till monday.
