Learning PHP

What is the best, easiest most efficient way of learning PHP. I know that practicing helps but can you give me some tips such as websites or something. Even ebooks or videos. What is the quickest way.

Install XAMPP on your PC first (which installs PHP, MySQL, etc):

XAMPP | Download XAMPP software for free at SourceForge.net

Once you have PHP running, I would start here:
