Sending Newsletters to mailing list

I am looking for Auto Generated Email PHP Coding now for my
websites. I need to use PHP programming language to write a program on
how to "auto generated email". For instance, I need to do marketing for my accouting website and for that I need to send newsletters to the accountants. containg what exactly we do and our services in html format.

Please help me.
