I've been working on setting up a custom site with them for 2 months now. I requested some customizations, sent them specific instructions written out, and sites I wanted my site to look like.

My cited completion date was October 28th...I've been asking about the status of the project but can't get a straight answer on that, though they do occasionally answer other questions. Is this place legit or a scam? I'd read bad things about their customer service, but this is crazy. Should I just cut my losses and see if I can get another company to design the site?

the only thing i really use social bookmarking for is to get indexed. After that I just focus on getting high PR (5+) one way permanent backlinks.
