Mysql- Count number of results that match

Hello,

I am looking for a way to count the results that match based on two fields, expert and customer.. My table structure is:

Expert SessionID Customer Problem Details
Sam 1111111 mike blah
Sam 2222222 Dave blah
Mike 2222222 Emily blah
Sam 3333333 mike blah

and so on, when the script outputs the info I need it to also display how many sessions the expert did with that customer, so for instance for expert Sam it would show 2 for mike, and 1 for Dave..
