I have one great script for that PHPAtm Anyway, what I'd like to do is setup some kind of security feature that will only allow a registered person to download
certain clips only once.

If it's a registered person then it would be easy to update the database and make sure they only download certain clips once. Are any of the clips in the database? It would be easier to have them in a database then you can simply add a table with fields pertaining to the registered user id, the clip id, and if the user has downloaded this clip depending on whether they have purchased it.
I can do this for $30-$40 if the clips and such are in a database structure else I'll have to estimate the price for updating and organizing them in a way your script can work.

omg I am sorry Kristian. I forgot all about contacting you. I'll get to work on the hack and I have posted in the PHPATM for help on getting it in the program as a new feature.
We use a Java based solution for delivering and securing our video content - it's called Dilate (www.dilate.tv) and seems to work pretty well for $250.
