I'm using phpNuke to create a comic website... I'd like to be able to have users submit files that I can review and then throw in the database as articles.
www.collegehumor.com has a similar system where users submit pictures of videos, the administrators review them, watermark (the pictures at least), and post them on the site. Is it easier to just do an email submission form, then post everything as an article, or what?
