My CGI Formail script, seems to have failed

As a replacement, I am looking for a PHP form mailing script, but I don't know which to choose.

Criteria I need includes

1. Normal form compatibility, don't mind which mode (post or get), has to be able to cope with all form elements.
2. Required fields, and a page to redirect to, if they are not filled in (not just text, and actual skinned page that I make myself)
3. Thank you page (again not text, but a skinned page I make myself)
4. Hidden and user specified subject options

Can anybody advise me to a script which can do this

The script below should meet your needs, I am using it and have no problem except the attachments;the author is keen and is keeping the script modified.

That looks really good. Once I've finished the work I am doing atm, I will give it a go and report back.
