User registration script install

Hi all,

I'm new to PHP and MySQL and have a script I want to install on my site.

The script is located here http://www.xentrik.net/php/signup/

I tried doing it myself but kept getting MySQL errors, is there anyone that could install this for me? I'd be glad to pay for installation via PayPal.

I assume you have a host with MySQL and you know all your DB setting and have set these up in the script ok?

Errors you get would be useful for us to help resove them. you need to be able to set up tables etc for the script to work.
