Running Cron Problem

My crons all ran fine beforehand, then they stopped, the crons are running, but when i entered my email iget this errorm:

localhost
Error message: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket
'/var/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)

Whats wrong? and why did it jsut start saying it now.

Hi there,

It's not cron, but MySQL server that is generating the error you posted. The detail of this error message can be found here: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/Ca...to_server.html

The first thing I would do is ask my host if there has been a change in MySQL configuration, settings, etc, recently.

My 2 cents.
