My local system is win98 (with all the latest packs).
My web space is provided by NTL.
I use Dreamweaver and html to build my site and I upload my files via Dreamweaver.
I want to add a very simple forum page (less than 10 categories, text based, or allowed users to post an image the most, a basic PHP forum perhaps?) to my site.
There is plenty of information on the internet for people who already know about PHP.
I need to know what I need to have and what to do before installing the ‘ready-made’ PHP based forum programme ( which I have). Then I can take it from there by learning more about PHP.
Can anyone show me a path?
