Hi:

I'm looking for a PHP/mySQL script that will allow users to pay for their inclusion (via paypal) in a councelling database. the scipt must be able to display the list of members to the public and provide detail contact info through pop ups for printing. Does such a script exist? if so where? if not, can anyone create one and how much?
