Hi all! I am new here and maybe this is not the righ place to post the puzzlement that I have, but perhaps anyone will still be able to explain me! Getting to know the customer is one of the MOST important things in
webdesign. Asking questions and realising the answers and interpretation between the lines will help you do that. The second is keeping the customer updated (Not On Everything) on areas of cosmetics and internet do and donts. I think these keys are important for Business to Customer relations, they think that you understand what they are envisioning. Are there any other questions that help get to the comfortability?
