looking for somthing in javascript

hi,

im looking for a javascript that will allow users to fill out a form the information from the form gets sent to a seperate page and the user to another. and then the information the user sent can later be viewd.

If some one could tell me of some thing similar or make me the code i would greatlly appreciate it and i know it is possible for it to be in another language like php or something but i dont know any php and im more familiar with jave script.
