Somebody help PLEASE?!?!
I have been designing sites for a few years now, but I have a HUGE job ahead of me. I need a few scripts, or maybe a stand-alone program that might do this for me.
What I need is a way to make my pre-designed roll-overs send lite product info(part#, price and description) to a "shopping cart". When a user is finished browsing the custom catalog, they can go to the cart page and see everything they clicked. If an item isn't wanted, it can be discarded. This page would also have to be a form for their required info, that when submitted would email the info to the seller with a copy to the buyer. I also don't know what I can and can't use in this case because I design in WINXP software, but this site is hosted on Apache/Linux servers. The site may be moved to NT servers later too!
Maybe this is easy stuff for some, but I've never needed anything like this until now. ANY help is greatly appreciated and desperately needed.

PHP could be used. Do you have PHP running on the server?

Yes, but ColdFusion seems like it might be a possibility. Any comments regarding either PHP or CFM?

Personally, I don't work in ColdFusion. I prefer to use PHP - it's faster and less clumsy. Feel free to email me if you'd like to discuss doing the project in PHP: camin AT caiminjones.com
