I´m looking for a script emailing a subscriber when a web page is updated.

It should be one working with a php/mysql based portal hosting artist pages. These pages are frequently updated and it would be convenient to receive an email when a artist of interest uploads new content.

Something like "Webmon" as a software based tool, but attached as a script to each artist page.

Just a light page update announcement by email - no other fancy tricks needed. But one... The announcement emails should be sent automatically to the subscribers when the artist updates his/her web site.

Any recommendations?
