Good morning all!

I am looking for some forum software. Its pretty unique though. I need to be simular to http://www.delphiforums.com/.

Its a system where people can signup and create their own forums, more or less. It also has differnt levels where the users can do differnt things like customize the look of their forum, etc.

Anyone see any of these before? They can be free or pay scripts. I do not mind paying for a good solution (humm, dont see that much eh? hehe).
