Personal Mail Server

Hi all,

I have some webspace on a shared server. The mail server is only set up to send and receive mail for my base domain as in anyone@xxxxxx.com. I want to be able to send & receive mail for another domain that I am hosting, like mycustomer@his_site.com, is this possible?

I thought if I could find a script and put it in say, a sub folder called "mymail" I could point the MX record to mymail.xxxxxx.com but I'm not even sure that that would work.

I have looked for a personal/small mail server but can only find them for windows (my space is on a Red Hat server).

Can anyone help?
