Okay, well I have looked through the PHP and Perl sections for a scipt that will allow me to run an education resource section on my website. I need something that will allow me to put up HTML, C++, mIRC script etc. tutorials quickly and easily. I have seen a few similar programs but can't really find what I am looking for. Anyone have any ideas?

Here are some features I would like:
- Completely driven via web interface
- Simple to add new tutorials etc.
- Feedback/Comments on tutorials

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
