Quick registration/visitors add comment for an evaluation
I am in the market to purchase a profesor evaluation software.
Nothing too fancy.
- Needs a quick registration.
- php and mysql
- Registrant can add and edit their comments
- Rate the person by number (1 through 10, etc.)
- Send e-mail to admin for new comments that had been added
