Script Exists? Photo Uploader with Points/Credit System

Is there a photo upload script which awards points/credits for each upload so that the user can utilise the earned credits to download/view other photos from the site? Better yet, the admin will check each upload before the credits are awarded.

I looked through more than 20 search pages at hotscripts.com but found nothing.

Maybe somebody has come across something like this? Thanks
