Hi folks.
I am designing a Vietnam veteran site.
I need a script that helps the vets to search for their friends and loved ones.
It should have this search terms but also more if it´s possible.
Visitors should also be able to register their info so that also will be searchable

First Name
Last Name
Home of Record
HomeState/Country
Branch
Age
Service or SS #
Rank
Birthday
Casualty Date

My host use this

Operating system : Debian GNU/Linux
Perl version : v5.8.4
MySQL version : 4.0.20
PHP version : 4.3.4

I am not familiar with DB,ASP nor PHP, just simple plain HTML

Please help me with this topic.
