I'm looking for a simple CMS

I want something that is fully and easily customizable into my site design without needing to download templates for it.

I don't want all the extras like forums and gallerys (as I prefer other scripts to do these two functions). I just need it to manage my users, news, and reviews.

I am reasonably knowledgable with PHP and MySQL with a broad knowledge of HTML.

Doesn't anyone have any ideas?

I'll toss in my own recommendation of Lazarus E-Business Components. Simple to use and set up. I'm biased, of course, but they do work.

Check out http://www.gateowl.com. This software is meant to work along-side other existing scripts using "login consolidation".
