I need ID3 TAG. reneamer for .rm files

Hi All

I have site with around 7000 songs .. the songs is in .rm files and the tag is http://www.MySite.com .
sometimes people want to buy thies files from me but they need me to put on the songs them site wich will be http://www.ThemSite.com .

the normal way to do it is download the files ... use realproducer to edit file and change it file every time . ( its take alot of time and work )

can i found any script doing that in the server its self without downloading the files and change / upload ?? If Not

can i find program can do it for me even if its on my winxp computer ?

any idea please ?

Any idea for any program i can use if
the server is Linux Box ( my pc is winXp ) .
