I'm looking for a pre-made script php/mysql which can be used to power an online version of a monthly printed magazine. The main features that i'm looking for is not just the ability publish and upload articles like with a cms program but the ability to update certain sections monthly identical to the magazine such as reviews, events, featured writers monthly columns etc. And the abilty to go back and view past issues published or posted.
something simular but not as complicated as www.sun-sentinel.com or www.herald.com.

I now this sounds confusing but I now there has to be an open source or script for sale with the features to publish information.
