Unhappy Email pipe using Apeche PHP module

Hello,

I want to set up an email pipe but my web host doesn't allow me to install cgi-php. PHP is installed on my site as Apach module.

Is there any way to do this here? I have a Cpanel hosting.

Thangs in advance.
