PHP Script that lists contents of director + generates download link?

Lets see, I've been browsing hotscripts and have tried like 10+ scripts but they don't do what I want.

What I want is a simple script that I can place somewhere on an existing page of mine and will display the contents of a directory in a seperate folder on my webspace but will also generate links to download the files listed?

Hey,
Its an easy enough script. Ill write it for free if you want, all I ask in return is that if you like it you write a little rave for my portfolio site and place a small link to my resume site (nothing too large or distracting). Ill be away for the weekend but if yer interested I could likely have it done by Tuesday. Give me a shout if yer interested.
