Hi Guys,
I'm searching after a skillscript like this:

I've got an Webserver and some experience but I cant create one for me 'cause my experience is not large enough.
If there is no other, plz tell me how this script works! I think i must edit it or something, 'cause its an example!
Plz help m3, and sry for my bad english, but i can understand if somebody describes me the script!
