I currently volunteer to help out a local Organization of Music Teachers with updates to their website and whatnot.
They came to me today with a request:

When the day is complete, I would like to post the students marks on line, and each teacher would need a password to view only their students marks. Can we do this?

Can we do this? Is there an existing script available which will suit our needs?
The admin must be able to create accounts and easily publish the content which each of those accounts can view.
Preferably something easy to set up, and with not a lot of customization needed.
We would strongly prefer a free solution, but low-priced solutions if necessary will be considered.
