This is what I need, but alot of people won't do it because it is a non paid job. BUT in saying that it is for a childrens charity in Scotland...

PHP Script request for donation

1. admin must enter membership number and name
2. membership cards given to member
3. member signs up supplying name, membership number (both to be validated with each other) and supply a password, username and email address. if member's name given matches their number, access is granted.
4. if lost password, please mail a new one via filling in email and username
5. admin section for displaying ALL members registered, seperate section for registered and to be registered display so a list can be printed.
6. comments per member available/editable, and members deleteable.


That is basically it.

Also in the admin area a list of all codes needed to add forms for login, login status, number of members online etc in text area boxes.


The idea of the script is that the names and membership numbers are entered into the DB first by charity admin, then the member is to activate their account using name and membership number while choosing a password and username for loging in and an email addresss to mail the password to if forgotten.

These are excellent examples with good comments that you should be easily able to follow and modify in a few hours.
